I am Chai , the owner of this company , it is a great honor to share my story here with you.

Initially at my 20s in 1992 , I worked in a state-owned flame retardant coating company as a common worker for 5 years, and accumulated rich experiences on production till been promoted as production manager for another 5 years.

Till the year 2000,most of the flame retardants are halogenated ,which has negative impact on environment and hazardous smoke directly endanger people’s life once a fire happened and with the China’s paying more and more attention on HSE, which shed me a light on developing this new type of eco-friendly flame retardant-APP (phase I and Phase II).

In 2002, I founded this company and stared my new career to produce halogen-free type of flame retardant-Ammonium polyphosphate. Things usually will not go smoothly at the beginning, I am not an exception, facing with the limited conditions like short of fund, old premises and looking for the right equipment etc.

Old premises in start-up period

With the belief in mind:” Stick to the right thing and hard work will pay off, little by little and bit by bit. “ I stayed in the plant of equipment manufacturer for a month to test time and time again and till installed in my plant and carried out trail operation , with numerous unqualified results and adjusted and stayed with several workers day and night in the plant, finally we made it in 6 months.

Production comes first, then follows the sales, then I started my second identify as a sales man to visit potential users across China to promote our APP. Undoubtedly, as a new player of a relatively new flame retardant, I experienced a lot of rejections and doubts before the first customer willing to have a try, I deeply cherish the chance and the trust of any customer ,as it is precious for me as a starter.

With our stable quality, good service, cost-effective price, we had been growing fast and within the first 3 years, we were recognized by dozens of customers and maintained a stable partnership and with the development of our company, I set up our sales team and our own lab. Meanwhile, we have been cooperating with universities, research institutes and been keeping a close eye on the trend of flame retardant development and emerging applications.My idea and development philosophy is: “always keeping pace with the times and continuous improvement”.

In 2012, we started to march to the international market, so far we have exported to Korea , Japan and Belgium, and part of ASEAN countries; Frankly speaking, there are still many blank markets that we have never touched so far, this is our potential chance and also yours, I am looking forward to cooperate with you in a sustainable way in the long run.

Now I am at my 50s , I am in halogen free type of flame retardant for over 20 years, I will go on dedicating myself to APP and marching to the international market. Meanwhile, my new project plan of MPP has been put on the agenda.

My Green energy plan

We’ve been growing and going on , we just rebuilt our office building and expanded our facilities and I am going to deliver my green energy plan in coming year by installing solar panels on roof of workshops,warehouses and buildings to achieve the goal of electricity self-sufficient rate up to 60% of annual consumption.
